This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Tasks will include:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for Director
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Director
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the Directors to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
- Maintain clear communication channels throughout the office
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Director by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
- Carrying out background research when required
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Other tasks as assigned accordingly

Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven years of experience in same field
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
