-Oversee daily operational tasks and production support for front and middle office applications
-Address inquiries from all stakeholders, such as Front Office users, operations, and corporate functions
-Organize and lead regular meetings with application and infrastructure vendors to monitor service levels and ensure user expectations are met.
-Ensure the team adheres to ITIL standards, including incident, problem, and change management.
-Ensure compliance with IT Policies and Procedures, and update them as necessary.
-Maintain and regularly update all operational procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and user FAQs.
-Guide and mentor junior members in the team
-Participate in business continuity planning, including BCP drills with business users.
skills and experience required
-At least 5 years of IT support experience within the financial industry, preferably with fixed income experience
- Murex support knowledge is required
- Preferably with prior support knowledge/experience on ION and Bloomberg in Fixed Income
