Operation Coordinator Admin (Warehouse Environment)
Job info:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 10.30am to 8.30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8.30 to 12.30pm
- Location: Pioneer
- $2,200 - $2,400 + AWS + VB
Job description:
- Keying in warehouse data into warehouse / Inventory system and keep the system up to date
- Manage proper filing of documents and records
- Reply and follow up on enquiries by customers as well as coordinating on the inbound and outbound shipments
- To perform and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count
- Perform daily pick and pack and transportation arrangement
Requirement:
- Comfortable with shift work
- required to be activated to work 24/7
- Exp in WMS is a plus
