Administrative Assistant
Salary: Up $15/hr
3-6 months contract
5 days work week ACROSS MON - SUN (9am – 6.30pm)
Location: AMK/ YCK
Job Description:
- - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- - Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- - Assist with data entry and record keeping
- - Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- - High school diploma or equivalent required
- - Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
