Child Protection Coordinator (Safety Checks)
- Salary: $2800
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm
- Location: Caldecott
- Contract Period: 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the team with administrative and data management tasks for the management of safety check service.
• Regularly upkeep of the central database (eg. Updating list new cases, status of safety check cases) and tracking the status of pending referrals from CPOs (eg. Update referral submission IDs)\
• Assist to track project KPIs (eg. timeliness of case assignment, group chat creation by the vendor) and to flag to the Service Management team accordingly for compliance
• Follow up with CPOs for safety check case updates (eg. Timely email update to breach alerts, submission of termination requests)
• Access ECRM to confirm accuracy of safety check case details or to assist with extraction of data for the purpose of internal tracking and evaluation.
Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree in any fields
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient with the use of technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel and any other online tools required and briefed by MSF to manage large volume of data
• Good organization skills and attentive to details
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with the team and its stakeholders
