Job Description
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Carry out building works inspections such as structural and Architectural works per BCA's QM/Conquas standard
- Ensure that safety, health and environmental rules and regulations, and practices among workers
- Control material wastes, downtime, rework, and wait time
- Coach and guide workers
- Have electrical project related experiences is a plus point
Job Requirements
- Experience in Construction Worksite job processes
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
- Team Player
- Able to work under pressure and in fast track environment
