Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Manager to join our team. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the tuition center, including managing office procedures, coordinating administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate administrative functions, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
Manage office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as necessary.
Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork.
Assist with financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Address any administrative issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven work experience in administrative management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
