Lab Architects specializes in the design of residential landed developments, especially Good Class Bungalows. We are seeking a talented and creative senior architect to join our growing firm. In this role, you will play a key part in all phases of the architectural design process, from initial concept development to construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and code requirements.
- Produce high-quality construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling and budgeting.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction adheres to the design plans and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and sustainable design.
