Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Manage employee relations
Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Any proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
Any related HR Certifications is a plus.
