spaces worldwide. Currently, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

REPORT TO: Design Director

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project workflows.
• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop creative and functional design solutions.
• Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings, ensuring they meet project specifications and budget.
• Ensure clients (via DD or PL) are informed of project progress throughout.
• Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all design work meets the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and quality.

Requirements
• College level degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the interior design or architecture industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Strong creative design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for luxury interior design.
