Responsibilities:
· Support sales team and management of client required product solutions
· Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for clients
· Discuss, capture and define clients’ requirements
· Provide technical / project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and conference calls
· Work with sales teams to explore opportunities for IT Networking, Security, Servers & Storage range of products
· Responsible for pre-sales project management from requirement capturing, design to implementation
· Working closely with Delivery Management team to ensure infrastructure being delivered on time, to specification and within budget
· Develop and maintain product proficiency and competency by attending training classes and successfully completing required levels
· Write technical requirement specifications which meet clients’ requirements and translate accurately to Deployment team
· Report monthly status to Pre-Sales Manager on progress and development
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or similar fields
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
· Certification in MCSE, CCNA, CCDP, etc
· Strong analytical skills and conceptualization of system design and integration
· Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills
