Roles & Responsibilities :
- To assist Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- Specialist in screeding, tiling, pebble wash, brickworks skills.
- To coordinate among sub-contractors and workers.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
Requirements :
- Min 6 years and above of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
- Independent with good communication skills and leadership quality to supervise workers
- Positive working attitude and a team player
- Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage
