Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute automation projects that align with strategic objectives.
- Translate requirements from cross-functional teams into precise technical specifications.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and interface testing.
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost automation capabilities, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply advanced machine learning to enhance robotic decision-making and system intelligence.
- Optimize the navigation and path algorithms of autonomous robots for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with more than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, C++, HTML, Linux, SQL, and Tableau is preferred.
- Knowledge of factory automation and Industry 4.0 requirements is advantageous.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, or experience with DMAIC principles, is highly beneficial.
- A strong team player with excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improvements.
