Responsibilities
- Trade Settlement and Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate settlement of fixed income trades such as bonds, repos, credit default swaps (CDS), and US Treasury futures. Input, verify, and reconcile transaction data in the settlement system.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage settlement documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Client and Counterparty Coordination: Liaise with clients and counterparties to resolve settlement issues. Address client inquiries and discrepancies.
- Reporting: Perform reporting tasks such as US Treasury Net Long Position reporting and MAS Trade Repository submissions for CDS.
- Fees Processing: Process monthly introducer fees.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Fixed Income Settlement experience preferably with great proficiency using the Euroclear system.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates must be able to hands-on handle the specified duties.
- This role requires to work on PH occasionally.
