Our Client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Visual Merchandising, Assistant Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute visual merchandising strategies and plans for all store locations.
- Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines align with brand identity, product offerings, and target customers, maintaining uniformity across stores.
- Develop engaging displays that improve the customer shopping experience and boost sales.
- Establish and implement visual merchandising standards for existing stores, new openings, and special projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, retail operations, and merchandising to ensure cohesive visual merchandising efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends to implement contemporary visual merchandising and styling methods.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Design/Creative Multimedia/Media or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field.
- Proficiency in design tools.
