We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to add to the team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, drive innovation, and ensure the successful deployment of AI projects. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that solve complex business challenges.
What you’ll do:
● AI Model Development:
○ Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to address business needs.
○ Conduct thorough research and experimentation to innovate and improve AI models.
○ Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI models and systems.
● Collaboration and Communication:
○ Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions.
○ Communicate complex technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
○ Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to understand and prioritize AI initiatives.
● Data Management:
○ Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure data quality and integrity.
○ Implement data governance and security best practices to protect sensitive information.
● Project Management:
○ Manage AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
○ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
● Process Improvement:
○ Identify opportunities to optimize AI workflows and improve the efficiency of AI development processes.
○ Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of the AI engineering team.
You are:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus.
● Minimum of [3] years of experience in AI/ML development.
● Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
● Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
