- Handle month-end closing of accounts and preparation of management reports
- Support monthly payroll service for local & foreign worker.
- Handle & process staff and director monthly claims.
- To ensure timely, accurate processing payments to local vendor & sub contractor.
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Able to maintain Partial/ full set of management accounts / budgeting / liaising with auditors
- Quarterly GST reporting / submission and other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 years working experience
- Experience in preparing full set of accounts is essential
- Well verse in GST quarterly returns
- Proficient in MS Office
- Responsible, meticulous and able to work with tight deadline
- Must have initiative and able to work independently with least supervision
- Preferably able to start work within short notice
