Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and profitability, while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
- Provide leadership to sales staff and promoters, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, fitting rooms, stock rooms, and merchandise displays, while upholding safety standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for staff, focusing on service etiquettes, selling techniques, and product knowledge enhancement.
- Efficiently plan and manage staff rosters to optimize manpower utilization and ensure seamless operations.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintain accurate customer data records.
- Assist in developing merchandising strategies, controlling open-to-buy budgets, and analyzing stock levels and assortment.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to forecast trends, recommend merchandise mix, and identify potential suppliers.
- Plan and execute advertising, promotions, and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Analyze sales, profit, and stock budgets, prepare comprehensive reports, and review purchases, while upholding safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
- Must have knowledge or expeience in supplier merchandising
- Ideally possess experience with brandeds
- Ideally possess experience in cosmetics
