Contract duration: 3 months (renewable)

Working days: Mon - Fri
Salary: Diploma ($2,200) & Degree ($2,800)
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
- Communicating with candidates to provide necessary details and logistics for their interviews
- Shortlisting of candidates for company roles
- Providing logistics and administrative support for interview-related activities, such as room booking and updating of interview calendar invites.
- Administrating written tests and reference checks
- General office administration such as maintaining of databases (E.g. Internal job advertisement)
- In addition, you might be involved in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Relevant admin experience
- Experience in Microsoft office & Canva
- HR generalist experience or interview coordination is advantageous
