Overview:


As a Digital Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products, services, or brand across digital channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales through various online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads across all digital channels, including but not limited to email, social media, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to improve conversion rates.
  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  4. Manage and optimize the company's website for SEO, ensuring it ranks highly on relevant search engine results pages (SERPs) and drives organic traffic.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  6. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage with followers, and drive traffic to the company's website or other digital platforms.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, designers) and external agencies to create compelling digital content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience.
  8. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  1. Degree in marketing, business management, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tactics.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  7. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
