About the Role:
As part of operation team, you will work closely with team members to ensure customers are receiving their statements on a timely manner, to process required procedures/steps to ensure customers’ trades validity and accuracy and to comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of statements against Broker’s statement
- File upload/download, updating of data onto backoffice system for daily processing up to final stage statement generations.
- Daily trade reconciliation to various stakeholders
- Support front office to input trades into clearing platform and for trades transfer
- Journal updating of fund movements into backoffice system
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a futures brokerage operations environment
- Candidate must be a team player with good initiative to support the team
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills for effective communication with external and internal counterparties
- Able to commit to permanent afternoon shift and rotational schedules
- Willing to work on Public holidays
