Job Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst for a 2 year contract position with the opportunity for an extension. The successful candidate will join the Operations Enabling (OE) team and will be responsible for maintaining global systems, processes and tools that support business outsourced supply chain.
Responsibilities:
• Work independently within a team to setup logistics and technical data flows.
• Interface with contract manufacturers to setup logistics and technical data flows via Rosetta net B2B and secure FTP.
• Configure and develop solutions and perform integrated testing before release. Drive go live activities and stabilisation.
• During the project, a trustful collaboration with stakeholders across business and external suppliers is essential for success.
• Partner with key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in the supply chain.
• Track issues through incident support tickets. Provide feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution and closure.
Qualifications:
• University Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting enterprise systems.
• Good understanding in procurement, supply chain and B2B processes.
• Candidate must be proactive, able to multi-task, and set a demanding pace of execution.
• Strong customer service, business partnership, project management and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels and types of users internally and externally.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Interest in learning latest technology
