Job Description:
• Assting guests with ticketing matters
• Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets
• Guiding guests to purchase tickets
• Redemption of Singapore Flyer tickets
• Reconciling of accounts at the end of shifts
• Generating reports for sales and redemptions
• Assisting Team Leaders in the inventory of ticketing items
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements:
• Ticketing and cashiering experience is preferred but not required
• Customer-oriented, meticulous and possess integrity
• Pleasant with an outgoing disposition
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a bonus
• Willing to work rotating shifts, 5 days work week
