Responsibilites:
- Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional level of customer service, aligned with company standards.
- Conduct rigorous supervision of all cash desk procedures to uphold accuracy and security protocols.
- Play an integral role in optimising internal resources to minimise expenses, including workforce and supplier management.
- Foster and maintain professional and mutually beneficial external business partnerships as necessary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in and enforce store replenishing standards to sustain product availability.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with merchandising and furniture display guidelines across the store.
- Exercise control over stock levels, both in transit and within the stockroom, to maintain optimal inventory management.
- Uphold the store's image, maintenance, and window dressing standards to enhance the overall shopping environment and brand perception.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Experience in supervising of staff.
- Candidate should be independent with a pleasant personality.
- Team player with strong customer and quality focused.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work).
- Have experience in working for luxury boutique is a bonus.
