Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Facilities Management system, including software applications, databases, servers, and network infrastructure. Ensure system availability, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and customize FCM software to meet business requirements and user needs. Develop and implement system enhancements, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and usability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to FCM system users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and providing guidance on system usage. Conduct user training sessions and develop user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.
- Manage data import/export processes, data migration, and integration with other systems, such as ERP, CMMS, and GIS systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across FCM and integrated platforms.
- Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and updates for FCM software and hardware components. Conduct testing, validation, and deployment of upgrades to minimize disruption and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Implement and enforce security policies, controls, and best practices to protect FCM system assets and data. Monitor system access, audit logs, and security incidents to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with FCM software vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, coordinate system enhancements, and manage service-level agreements (SLAs). Represent IT infrastructure interests in cross-functional meetings and projects related to FCM system operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of FCM system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal users and support teams.
Requirements
- Dual qualifications in Information System and Business Administration are highly desirable
- Experiences with FCM system in terms of consulting, data migration, user training and system support. Knowledge of SAP and Anacle Simplicity are added advantages
- Expected to have work exposure to FCM, lease management, asset management, procurement and system integrations
