Responsibilities
· Perform equipment monitoring & and basic housekeeping (6S, Kanban, etc.)
· Troubleshoot and resolve process related issues.
· Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule.
· Participate in deviation investigation process. (Process, Environmental/Maintenance/Equipment, QC) and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
· Multi-task on equipment preparations & operations to ensure adherence to schedule.
· Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Logbooks and Batch Records (BR) competently and effectively.
· Perform all activities in compliance with GDMC safety standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in validation activities such as Protocols, IQ, OQ, PQ and associated validation documents/reports.
· Perform cleaning of equipment and cleanrooms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/scientific discipline (Bio/chemical engineering/life science/biology/chemistry). Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Some relevant work experience in biologics/chemical/pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries is advantageous.
- Experience in Aseptic Operation and cleanroom / sterile environment is advantageous
- Ability to operate across functional boundaries, both internal and external.
- Able to work occasional 12 hours shift when required.
- Team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture that relies on collaboration for effective decision-making.
- Has good quality mindset and disciplined towards work.
- Work authorisation in Singapore.
