JOB SPECIFICATION
· Handle Full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR and fixed Assets)and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit issues identified by external auditors prepare depreciation and other fixed asset-related entry adjustments.
· Preparing financial report including monthly and annual accounts.
· Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and any other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Ensure the filling of GST returns are correctly filed and on timely basis.
· Ad hoc duties assign by management.
Requirement
Knowledge in Sage Accounting System preferred
