About The Role

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Build and manage a pipeline of business sufficient to cover and exceed quota.

• Create and deliver a compelling value narrative to communicate the ROI to customers.

• Run weekly pipeline reviews to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Accurately forecast and provide routine pipeline analysis on current and future quarters.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Drive strong internal collaboration with the Marketing, Product and Engineering team.

• Engage in complex sales situations and late-stage customer negotiations with the sales team.


What we are looking for:

• With enterprise sales expertise, preferably within a high growth SaaS organization.

• A minimum of three years in SaaS enterprise sales management, demonstrating a successful history in securing new business and cross selling.

• Proficiency in collaborating across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing. Gain insights into the current market landscape and our competitive Approach.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of potential clients' specific challenges and how our platform addresses them.
