Analysis and Design:
· Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes.
· Define what OTC should look like under the new divisional setup.
· Identify and outline the components of "Pre Order to Order," "Order to Delivery," and "Delivery to Cash."
Transition Planning:
· Develop a detailed time plan for the transition, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined.
· Collaborate with divisional leaders to tailor the transition plan to each division’s unique needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Establish KPIs to measure the success of the transition.
· Monitor progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Engage with key stakeholders across divisions to gather insights and secure buy-in.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate plans and gather feedback.
This will be a temporary assignment which lasts from 6 to 12 months.
Requirements (see below examples)
· Master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
· Proven experience in strategic planning and project management, preferably within supply chain or operations management.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Comfortable to travel across the APAC region within short notice when required.
