Primech A & P is seeking 2 professional individual for the role of Operations Manager & Senior Operations Manager to support the growth of our operations!

The Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager will direct and support our cleaning operations in some of our prestigious accounts. This dynamic individual will provide our cleaning team and clients the support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold the Primech A & P standard that continues to secure our ranking among the top cleaning companies in Singapore!
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership abilities
- 2-3 years Supervisory experience (experience in similar position would be a plus)
- Ability to react quickly to changing situations
- STRONG attention to detail with the ability to give written feedback and action plan
- Proactive in dealing with a high value customer
- Must have the ability to oversee cleaning projects with staffing levels of over 400 cleaning staff.
- Must be a well-organized self-starter
- Able to schedule daily cleaning tasks and year-round project work
- Participate in meetings with the client’s executive level personnel
- Perform daily inspections to ensure quality control
- Must be flexible to work weekends, as well as late night into early mornings
