Job Scope:
Organizing visits for service, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation.
- Commissioning and installing new equipment at customer locations.
- Dismantling and setting up equipment for demonstrations.
- Providing training to users for equipment familiarity.
Customer Interaction:
- Responding to service inquiries.
- Participating in user meetings.
- Committing to customer satisfaction and fostering a service-oriented team culture.
Service Administration:
- Preparing service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
- Managing the procurement and distribution of spare parts from suppliers.
- Coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment for in-house repairs and new installations.
- Addressing outstanding debts with proactive measures.
- Returning faulty parts to vendors for analysis and testing.
- Supplying technical information and quality reports to the Principal.
Requirement
- Freshgraduate with relevant backgroud is welcome to Apply!
- Min. Diploma in engineering.
- Prior experience with diagnostics imaging devices would be an advantage
- Independent and strong team player
- Training will be provided plus opportunity for factory training with certifications
