Position: Bookkeeper with Administrative Duties
Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
General Bookkeeping/Accountancy:
- Undertake general accounting duties, including verification and data entry tasks.
Sales:
- Reconcile monthly sales collections and conduct revenue reconciliation against bank statements.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all recorded revenues and expenses.
- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding receivables.
Payable:
- Process timely payments to suppliers and conduct reconciliations of Statements of Account (SOA).
- Dispatch all payments to suppliers promptly.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding outstanding payables.
Bank / Cash:
- Record receipts, perform cash application and allocation, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Oversee companies' petty cash management, including reimbursement top-ups and float.
Financial Reporting:
- Submission of IR8A annually.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission to IRAS.
- Provide necessary documentations for Auditor for financial year closing.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute salaries and CPF at the end of the month.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications:
- SPM or STPM for Malaysian or a Diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience in both administrative and accounts executive roles.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
