Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Assist with data entry
Requirements:
- Diploma preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
