About the role
The job involves processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all payroll information is updated. Key duties include maintaining data integrity, solving payroll-related problems, addressing employee salary queries, and knowing when to escalate issues. You will primarily take charge of the USA region for monthly payroll and general ledger reconciliation, preparing statutory reports, supporting employee payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with salary regulations and payroll deadlines.
skills and experience required
Diploma qualified with at least 3 years of experience in Payrolling. Prior experience in global payrolling will be advantageous. You must be communicative and be able to work with US counterparts. Despite the time difference, you will be given a good work life balance (monthly payroll for headcount of 100 people only) and other benefits include a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days in office. Office is in the Central area.
