A UK law firm is hiring a paralegal for their Financial Services Regulatory team. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their paralegal skills and grow together with the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Tracking financial regulatory updates and drafting regulatory developments
- Managing licensing applications with relevant authorities
- Liaising with clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to
- Legal research and preparing materials for client webinars
- Supporting the Partners and Associates
Requirements:
- You have a Diploma in Law/Paralegal Studies (LLB is welcome but not required)
- You have done internships or have experience as a paralegal/legal executive with law firms before in a corporate practice area (preferably within Financial Services) OR you have in-house legal experience doing Financial Services Regulatory
- You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
- You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
