Location: North-East (Punggol)
Working Hours:
- 5 Days Work Week
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

- Basic up to S$ 3500

- Grab coverage from office to Punggol MRT (back & forth)
Responsibilities:
- Monitors outsource and lead in-house team in cleaning and maintenance facility management of the Dormitory.
- Conduct monthly Facilities Management Review with service partners / vendors to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
- Ensure efficiency of facilities management in cleaning services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, water services, electrical and fire services, etc
- Promoting healthy and safe working methods and practices in the workplace.
- Investigate, develop, and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day-to-day operational problems of facilities and building.
- Reviews work orders / service report to ensure that order/ service are completed.
- All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Assist Dormitory Manager / Directors as and when it is required.
Requirements:
- Preferably possess at least Diploma related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Construction Industry/ Facilities Management Industry/ or M&E Industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
