This is an opportunity for the role of in-house Recruiter with a public listed Data Center Developer and Operator. This opportunity is exciting for the following reasons:

  2. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Take charge of a crucial role in the company's growth by shaping its talent acquisition strategy, focusing on technical roles to build a high-performing team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate, engineering and technical positions within the data center industry.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and develop tailored recruitment plans for each position.
  • Provide guidance and support hiring managers in making informed decisions based on candidate evaluations and interview feedback.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, partners, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment practices and enhance employer branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of any discipline is preferred, but not necessary. Relevant work experience and demonstrated skills in talent acquisition will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical/engineering positions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agility to adapt and learn in a rapidly evolving industry, with the ability to quickly understand and respond to changing business needs and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
