Our client is a non profit organization. They are looking for a HR & Admin Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Transformation Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with AHL’s business goals, capabilities, and implementation plans.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement key policies and processes, addressing evolving needs and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Organizational Development and Change Management: Lead efforts in organizational development, change management, and building a culture of professionalism, excellence, and quality care.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures, and manage performance systems to attract, retain, and develop staff sustainably.
- Recruitment and Retention: Oversee manpower resourcing, branding AHL as an employer of choice, and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment, and retention strategies.
- Administrative and Corporate Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including office facilities, logistics, procurement, and ensuring high-quality service levels for staff and residents
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent
- 6- 8 years' relevant HR experience
- Comfortable to work with data and HR analytics
