This position reports to Managing Director and interfaces with various departments. This position is results-driven and responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to fuel company growth. They achieve this through building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Ultimately, Business Development Managers play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the company's market presence.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and sales opportunities.
4. Creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals.
6. Closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
7. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
8. Managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
