Job Description
1. Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
2. Troubleshoot vehicular problem and recommend preventive measures to achieve minimum downtime.
3. Ensure all repair works are quality checked before handing over to customer.
4. Manage the workflow at the workshop floor and ensure optimum distribution of work to ensure productivity.
5. Perform on site recovery services for customer's vehicle.
Job Requirements
- NITEC / NITEC (Immediate) in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or Automotive Technology
- Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in trouble-shoot and automotive diagnostic work
- Identify training and development needs of Automotive Foremen and improve their knowledge and skills in Automotive Technology
- Able to lead Automotive Technicians and suggest improvement to work processes
- Possess a valid Class 3 and/or 4 Driving Licence would be an added advantage
