Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in financial reporting, accounting and regulatory reporting for Singapore entities.
  • Serves as the report preparer and responsible for the governance and controls over financial reporting.
  • Works closely with external auditors for local audit purposes.
  • Participates in the issues management process, including the escalation and remediation of financial reporting errors and control deficiencies.
  • Handles period-end closing (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
  • Review and perform monthly account reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial data to support tax submission, government declarations, and the business needs of other departments.
  • Support ad-hoc accounting projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
  • 0-2 years of working experience, Big 4 experience / internship is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese would be highly advantageous.
  • Professional work ethic, strong personal integrity, and stewardship.
    - Self-directed, self-motivated, good logical thinking skills and able to come up with solutions and suggestions for process improvement.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, listening and communication skills.
