Responsibilities
· Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager
· Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project
· Invite sub-contractors/suppliers for quotations, compilation ensuring quotations are in compliance with specifications & drawings
· Good in studying/understanding tender specifications and drawings
· Liaise & establish rapport with consultant, contractors, etc on certification of claims for payment
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration or a relevant discipline
· You must possess with minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience in construction.
· You should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, a good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
