Business Development & Events Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Events Executive to be part our meeting services team. The ideal candidate should be a proactive and self-motivated networker who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Your role includes:
• Introduce suitable polling software to SGX listed companies for holding physical or hybrid Annual General Meeting/Extraordinary General Meeting (AGM/EGM)
• Identify prospective clients, build relationships with key decision-makers and retain existing clients
• Prepare proposals and deliver product demonstration/presentation to potential clients
• Provide support for the overall coordination in the lead up to the client’s AGM/EGM
• Participate in post-event debrief, system enhancement discussion and perform user acceptance tests
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in software sales and is comfortable presenting to senior management and related stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
