Customer service

Advance Cash Credit Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Interview loan applicants to gather financial information.
  • Explain loan terms and conditions, and answer any questions from applicants.
  • Guide customers through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and steps involved.
  • Conduct background checks and assess credit reports to ensure the reliability of the applicant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and business growth.
  • Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payments.
  • Make follow-up calls with customers to explore better business opportunities.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday (10:30am - 7:30pm)
  • Saturday (10:30am - 4:30pm)

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Min GCE “O” level certificate
  2. Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  3. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
