Key Responsibilities:
- Interview loan applicants to gather financial information.
- Explain loan terms and conditions, and answer any questions from applicants.
- Guide customers through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and steps involved.
- Conduct background checks and assess credit reports to ensure the reliability of the applicant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and business growth.
- Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payments.
- Make follow-up calls with customers to explore better business opportunities.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (10:30am - 7:30pm)
- Saturday (10:30am - 4:30pm)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min GCE “O” level certificate
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
