Duties and Responsibility:
- Coordination and supervision of the worker
- Conduct quality checks on work done by workers
- supervising staff maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensuring that all workers comply with all safety measure required
- Planning and make necessary arrangements for specific job given
- Provide for site safety and security
- Monitor and control the progress of the works based on the schedule
- To check on materials delivered on site
- To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
- Assist the Project Manager in development of site work scope specification
Job requirement:
- At least 3 years experience as a site supervisor
- Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve site issues
- BCSS, Work-At-Heigh, Scissor Lift and Boomlift Certificate (Supervisor) requirement
