The Vice President of Structured Finance will lead the origination, negotiation, and execution of debt finance transactions while actively engaging with clients. They will oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to drawdown, ensuring compliance with risk strategies and monitoring market developments. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of credit analysis processes, and the ability to develop new client bases and products in line with strategic priorities. A Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience, is required. Familiarity with ECA backed financing and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are advantageous

Job Description
• Support origination of debt finance transactions through pitches, financing proposals and pro-active engagement with clients
• Prepare internal credit applications and lead in due diligence and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements
• Build, review & run sensitivities on financial models
• Oversee all aspects of the execution and administration of transactions from origination to drawdown, alongside our middle office
• Assess requests for consents, waivers and amendments as part of portfolio management
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices to ensure effective risk management
• Identity & monitor market developments & opportunities
• Ability to help develop new client base and products in line with Global’s strategic priorities and conform our sustainability goals
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, accounting, investment or project development
• Good understanding of credit analysis processes
• Financial modelling skills
• Ability to think creatively and critically with a combination of strong quantitative analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Highly motivated, fast learner and desire to work in a structured finance team
• Familiarity and experience with ECA backed financing and other agency financing would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
