Our Client:
Our client is a leading Japanese firm in the Construction industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Quantity Surveyor.
The Responsibilities:
- To perform estimation for variation submission
- Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
- Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
- Perform measurements for quantities
- Evaluation of price comparison
- Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
- Monitoring of project variations
- Any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned
The Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
