Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a basic knowledge of food and drinks menu.
- Ensure that the mise-en place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
- Provide excellent service on the dining experience to all guests.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, to assist in the clean presentation of the restaurant as a whole. All chairs and table arrangements are clean and in order.
- Assist fellow colleagues to prepare and set up in the restaurant for food service.
- Expected to offer suggestions and recommendation, such as wine/ sake pairing.
- Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Positive, Cheerful, Energetic, Fun, Punctual
- Good communication skills
- Able to work split shift including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidate must possess minimum Secondary level education
- Team player
- Excellent attention to details
- Possess a well groomed, professional appearance
Other Information
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): interpersonal skills, communication skills, self motivation, time management, adaptability
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
