Job Description
- In-charge of front desk admin and serving duties
- Answer telephone calls from customers with a professional attitude & in line with call quality & productivity requirements.
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry
- Attending to queries and feedback
- Assist visitors with more information

- The first representative of the building when people enter the building(Give people a reason to smile)
- Any other duties and perform concierge support duties as assigned by superior
- 9-hours shift (8.30 am - 6 pm), Monday-Friday
- Not Too particular about Nationality but a pleasing attitude is more important
