- Perform the role of a business partner and work closely with business units on human capital activities.
- Implement and review human capital policies and procedures in line with the employment law and related regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with line managers in the enforcement and execution of human capital policies and practices
- Provide guidance on core human capital policies and processes to employees
- Review and monitor the staffing needs against establishment
- Prepare reports on manpower
- Act as the Champion in Human Capital Department for HR information systems and HRIS-related projects
- Work closely with business units and Union to address to employee grievances and any other industrial relations related issues
- Involves in ad-hoc human capital projects
